SHOPKLUXXE REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At shopkluxxe, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy carefully to understand your options and the process for returning items.
 
Eligibility for Returns
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
 
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to, lingerie, swimwear, beauty products, and items marked as final sale.
Return Process
 
Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at hello@shopkluxxe.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
 
Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to return your item(s). Please include the RA number inside your return package.
 
Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
 
Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
 
Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
 
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
 
Exchanges
Process: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at hello@shopkluxxe.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
 
Stock Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for the returned item.
Damaged or Defective Items
 
Inspection: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting photos.
 
Replacement: We will provide a replacement or a full refund for damaged or defective items. We will cover the cost of return shipping for these items.
Final Sale and Non-Returnable Items
 
Final Sale: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
 
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of lingerie, swimwear, and beauty products.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@shopkluxxe.com

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
