Click on the "Account" button located at the top right of any page to "log in" or "Create a New Account". Alternatively you may proceed to check-out where you will be prompted to use your account.
Incase you forgot your login inofrmation, please clixk on recover password and a link will be sent to your mail.
2. When will my order ship?
Orders should arrive within 5 - 15 days after processing time
3. How do i know if my order has been confirmed?
If you have a shopkluxxe account, we recommend that you login and view your account or check your email as we send confirmation emails after you place your order.
4. Can i cancel my order?
If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, your full order amount will bw refunded.
We do not accept order cancellation after order has been processed and shipped.
Become an affiliate
1. What does it cost to become an affiliate?
There is no application fee and no minimum sales requirement. All you need to do is sign up as our affiliate, promote and generate orders to earn commissions.
2. Which products can earn commissions?
All products being sold are eligible. You can also earn a higher percentage for referring selected products.
3. Will my affiliate commissions be revoked?
If a customer returns an order within 30 days, requests a refund, cancels an order, voids an order due to disputed charges or credit card fraud, commissions on that transaction will also be canceled and will not be processed or credited to your account.
4. How do I withdraw my commissions?
Affiliate commissions are settled every two months based on net sales. We will arrange a special person to take care of the settlement and will send an email for confirmation before payment is made.
